Welcome to Studio 1 Photography. Please take a moment to read our terms and policies regarding our services, image delivery, and your responsibilities as a client. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following:
- Bookings & Deposits
- A booking is confirmed only once a deposit has been received.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date in exceptional circumstances.
- Full payment is required prior to image delivery.
- Image Delivery & Liability
- Studio 1 Photography takes every precaution to safeguard your images.
- We cannot be held responsible for the mechanical failure of hard drives or accidental loss of images before delivery.
- In the unlikely event of data loss, every effort will be made to recover the images using specialist data recovery services; however, successful restoration cannot be guaranteed.
- Copyright & Usage
- All images taken by Studio 1 Photography remain the property of the studio.
- Clients are granted a license for personal use, including printing and sharing online. Commercial use requires written permission.
- Client Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate information when booking.
- Ensure any guests or participants are aware that photos may be taken and may appear in final images.
- Inform us of any special requirements prior to the session.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes.
- Cancellation policies apply as outlined under Bookings & Deposits.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal information will only be used to process bookings, deliver services, and send relevant communications.
- We comply with GDPR and will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
- Complaints
- If you have any concerns regarding your images or service, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to resolve issues to your satisfaction.
